Privacy Policy
Talyty explains insurance in plain English, and we write our privacy policy the same way. Here's exactly what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
The only information we collect directly is what you give us when you sign up for guide updates:
- Your email address, so we can tell you when new guides publish.
- Basic technical details recorded automatically with your signup: the date and time, and the general country of your request. We do not collect your name, precise location, health information, or any payment or policy details.
How we use it
Your email is used to send you an occasional note when a new guide goes live — nothing else. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
Affiliate & referral links
Some pages on Talyty contain affiliate or referral links. If you click one and request a quote or connect with a provider, that provider — not Talyty — may collect information you choose to give them, under their privacy policy. Talyty may earn a referral fee, at no cost to you. We don't hand your email to them; you decide what to share once you're on their site. See our Disclosures for how this works.
Where it's stored
Your information is stored securely with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, on servers in the United States.
Cookies and tracking
Talyty does not use advertising cookies to profile you. Affiliate links may use a standard referral cookie so a provider knows a lead came from us — that's how referral fees are credited, and it doesn't identify you personally to us.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe anytime via any email.
- Access or delete your information on request.
Not advice
Talyty is reference material, not insurance, financial, or legal advice, and we are not a licensed agent. Nothing here creates a client relationship. See Disclosures.
Children
Talyty is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and keep it plain.
